How to access website through LAN using IIS

If you're hosting website on a specific port in IIS like 8080 then you'd to allow this port through Windows Firewall too.
These are the Steps to open website using LAN:

Open Control Panel > Windows Firewall > Advanced settings > Inbound Rules
Select New Rule (Right side of the window)
In that Window

• Select Port Radio Button > Next
• If you want to run any port numbers Choose All local ports 
• or
• Choose Specific local ports
• Allow the connection > Next
• check When does this rule apply?
• and Finally give Name and description (optional)
